Fortress 2013 Calendar Contest

2nd place will receive a $250 cash prize and will be featured in February
3rd place will receive a $100 cash prize and will be featured in March

Contest Rules

The rules are simple!  Starting from right now, every time you complete an installation, take pictures and submit them to Fortress Railing Products.  Please submit one form for each project entered in the contest.  Entry forms can be submitted 3 ways:

  1. Download the form, print and fill out by hand and place it in the mail with your photos
  2. Download the form, fill it out electronically and email with your photos to marketing@fortressrailing.com or print to mail with your photos
  3. Fill out the web form below and submit.  Send your photos using one of the methods outlined below.

All photos must be in digital format and high resolution.  Be sure to set your digital camera to its highest setting to ensure high quality photos.  Photos submitted will be judged on composition, style and the user's creativity in using Fortress Railing Products.  There is no limit to how many projects or photos you can submit.  It will only increase your chance of winning!  Photos can be submitted 3 ways:

  1. Email photos directly to marketing@fortressrailing.com
  2. Use a free service such as DropSend or YouSendIt for larger files.  Simply place all your photos into one main folder, compress or zip that folder and follow the prompts on the site.
  3. Burn photos onto a CD and mail to Fortress Railing Products Calendar Contest, PO Box 831268, Richardson, TX 75083.  Photos must be postmarked by October 5, 2012.  Remember to use appropriate packaging when sending CD via mail.

The Fortress Railing Products Calendar is distributed throughout the United States and Canada and your projects can be nationally recognized!  Choose any combination above to submit your photos for the contest.  To qualify, you must submit an entry form for each submission.  Deadline for submissions is October 12, 2012.

By entering photographs in the Fortress Calendar Contest, you agree that Fortress will have unlimited publication and distribution rights, print and electronic, and in any promotional material.  You agree to save and hold harmless Fortress from any dispute arising related to use or ownership of any photographs submitted.  You further release Fortress from any liability whatsoever that arises from its lawful use of the photographs submitted.  You are guaranteeing that you are the person that took the photographs submitted, have full rights to the photographs, or have written consent of the photographer to submit the photographs.
